This was taken on the spur of the moment as we were hurrying back to the train station without any attention paid to composition, exposure et al but the moment I saw this shot on the camera’s lcd I knew it would be going up here one day.

I love shooting film. There is something about the aesthetic that film has that always pleases me, the fine soft grain and the pleasing transition of zones. So much so I went and bought myself another film camera, the Canon Canonet Q17 GIII, a classic, compact and quiet rangefinder from the 70s. More once I get it and use it.

Yesterday, a photographer friend and me did a photo shoot for two lovely ladies. This is one of them. The photo shoot itself was great great fun, some amazing shots came out of the shoot even if I say so myself, some of which you will see and some not!
